If you have had a positive interaction with a member or members of our Police Department, we would love to hear about it through the Compliment form. We take pride in serving and protecting our community, and appreciate the support we receive.
If you have any concerns with an interaction with a member or members of the Police Department, please advise us so we can address it. Please fill out the Concern form, which will be forwarded to the Command Staff to be handled.
In order to maintain public trust and confidence, it is absolutely necessary that our conduct meets the highest ethical standards of the law enforcement profession. It shall therefore be the policy of the Monument Police Department to encourage any person with a complaint regarding service levels, or the actions of our employees, to bring that complaint to the attention of the Department. Police Complaints can be filled out with our Police Complaint Form, and can be turned in or mailed to the Police Department with the Attention to the Commander.
